Hertzog Associates Fine Gardening is seeking ecologically-minded, energetic, experienced gardening and grounds maintenance crew members for the 2025 season and beyond. We are seeking candidates that possess some or all of the following qualifications:

• Experience with installation and maintenance of cut flower and organic food gardens; native plantings; ornamental annuals and perennials; fanciful outdoor containers; woodlands, meadows, shrubs, and small trees.
• Basic proficiency in plant identification. Basic understanding of the concepts of regenerative or ecological landscapes.
• Skilled at operating and maintaining gardening and landscaping hand tools, power tools, equipment, small machines and work vehicles. Experience with basic repairs preferred.
• Experience with residential garden hardscaping installation such as irrigation, outdoor lighting, walkways, fences and small patios.
• Note: Additional training provided. Opportunities for advancement. Salary and job responsibilities will be commiserate with candidates’ related experience and education.
